The location is splendid, right in the historical center of Poltava. Impeccable cleanliness. Free public parking available in the hotel's backyard. Spacious, clean, and nicely furnished rooms. Great breakfast.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Centrally located and close to shops and restaurants. The hotel offered clean and spacious rooms, ideal for a romantic escape. We enjoyed the affordable rates and the fact that off-road secure underground parking was available.

The hotel was a bit dated and worn down, which detracted from the overall experience. The Wi-Fi was slow and inconsistent, which made it difficult to stay connected with the world. Additionally, the hotel did not offer many perks or amenities that would have made our romantic escape truly special.

We had a great stay at this hotel right in the center of this city. The location can't be beaten, as it's in the historical center, close to the pedestrian area and street and surrounded by fantastic restaurants and cafes. The cleanliness is spot on, and the hotel facilities are top-notch. The breakfast buffet was excellent and offered a good selection of dishes. The staff was really helpful and spoke excellent English.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! the rooms were modern and extremely clean - even better than I expected. the location was central, with walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and parks. the underground parking was secure, which was a big plus. the breakfast options were delicious and offered a great start to the day.

Located in the heart of the city near the pedestrian street with many shops and restaurants. the rooms have charming woodwork on the door, and the bathroom comes with a bidet. Breakfast was basic; however, the location makes up for it, as there are other options to dine nearby.

The hotel needs renovation, and the facilities are lacking in some areas, including slow Wi-Fi requiring a password change every few hours for security reasons, and inadequate parking arrangements.
